Jonathan I. Kelman received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University School of Law, finishing in the top 10% of his class. He has practiced exclusively in criminal defense for over 10 years. GEORGIANNA E. JUNCO-KELMAN
Georgianna E. Junco-Kelman received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles and graduated with Departmental Honors. She earned her Juris Doctor at the Whittier College of Law. Ms. Junco-Kelman's principal focus is on DMV Administrative Per Se Hearings, Departmental Reviews and Writs of Mandate. She has conducted approximately 2,500 Administrative Per Se hearings and has obtained an impressive number of "Set Asides" earning herself an unsurpassed reputation as one of California's leading DUI/DMV attorneys.
Ms. Junco-Kelman has appeared as a legal analyst on KABC Radio and the leading Spanish Network, Univision, on the subject of driving under the influence. Further, she has participated as a featured speaker in numerous DUI seminars conducted to educate other attorneys on the issue of DMV hearings.
